What is Otto

Otto is a personal AI agent that lives on Telegram. It captures everything you tell it, organizes it with the GTD method and reminds you of things proactively — without you ever opening another app.

The 3 things Otto does

No dashboard, no Kanban board, no templates to customize. Otto does just three verbs. Always, in this order.

1. Capture

You send it text, voice notes or photos. It takes everything in, without judgment and without asking you to organize. You're in the car, an 8-second voice note → captured. You see a book in a shop, a photo → captured. An idea in the shower, a quick voice note → captured.

2. Organize

Otto applies the GTD (Getting Things Done) method by David Allen + its creator's operating frameworks. Every input is clarified (next action vs project vs waiting vs someday), classified by context (@phone, @computer, @office…), area (personal/work), energy (high/medium/low), time (2/5/15/30min/1h+) and priority.

Give it a big project (e.g. "launch a monthly newsletter") and it automatically breaks it into 5-8 concrete actions with set dates.

3. Remind you proactively

Every other tool waits for YOU to open the app. Otto does the opposite: it messages you. Morning briefing, reminders before events, evening check-in, Sunday weekly review, a ping if you disappear for hours. You don't discipline the system: the system disciplines you.
