How much does Otto cost?
Free 15-day trial (up to 200 messages). Pro €29/month (1000 msg). Executive €99/month (3000 msg). Enterprise €149/month (unlimited use, fair use, includes 1 monthly 1-to-1 call with Chris).
Is there really a free trial?
Yes. 15 days, up to 200 messages. No card required. In the first 3 days there's a cap of 30 msg/day (anti-spam for new accounts). After that, the 200 messages are all yours.
Does it only work in Italian?
Otto speaks Italian and English. The site adapts automatically to your country, and you can switch language anytime from the footer.
Where does my data end up?
All on Supabase EU (European data center) for database, authentication and files. AI calls go to Anthropic (Claude Sonnet 4.6) and OpenAI (only Whisper to transcribe voice notes). No one uses your data for training. See our Privacy Policy.
Can I export everything?
Yes. On request we export all your data (inbox, next actions, projects, conversations, memories) in JSON format within 7 business days. Write to info@profree.co.
Can I delete my account whenever I want?
Yes. From the dashboard → Settings → Delete account. Within 14 days we permanently delete all your data, including backups. No lock-in.
Does it work without the Telegram app?
No. Otto lives on Telegram. That's our distinctive point: we don't want you to open yet another app. Telegram is free and available everywhere (iOS, Android, Mac, Windows, web).
Can I use it with my team?
Not today, Otto is personal-only. Team mode is on the roadmap for Q4 2026.
Does Otto replace a human assistant?
No. Otto is an advisor + organizer, not an autonomous agent. It helps you capture, organize and remember. High-level decisions and execution stay yours.
How big is the team?
One founder (Chris La Porta, @chris_profree) + 1 AI agent: Otto itself. Built in public, no investors, no hidden roadmap.
Is Otto an autonomous agent that does things for me?
No. It doesn't send emails, book meetings on its own, or sign documents. It's an agent of thinking, not of external action. Outbound integrations (e.g. Google Calendar) will arrive in an explicit, configurable way.
Why Telegram and not WhatsApp?
Telegram has powerful, free bot APIs, excellent support for voice and photos, and no business message limits. The WhatsApp Business API costs €0.05-€0.10 per message: unsustainable for our model.
Are my messages used to train the AI?
No. Neither we nor Anthropic/OpenAI use your data for training. The APIs we use are enterprise-grade with explicit data privacy.
What happens if I delete the Telegram app?
Your web account stays. You can keep viewing inbox/next actions/projects from the dashboard. When you reinstall Telegram, Otto recognizes you.
Can I uninstall Otto at any time?
Yes. /stop in the bot to stop receiving proactive messages. Dashboard → Delete account for full removal.
